Quality Control
All of our items are subjected to pass all necessary quality control process at our U.S. facility. Before we arrange your orders for the shipment, we will double check on the quality of the item and package it well to prevent from shipping damage.
Shipping Policy
We will arrange your shipment via UPS/FEDEX/USPS. Your order normally ships out within 1 to 2 business days after the payment is completely processed. We will provide you the tracking # after the product is well-prepared and ready for delivery. UPS/FEDEX do not ship to P.O. Box. (UPSP is available for P.O. Box delivery.)
Return & Refund Policy
If you see any damage or loss from the shipment, please contact us immediately within 48 hours after the confirmed receiving date. Then, we need to deal with shipping carriers (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/USPS) for shipping damage claim. Please, note that we will make the best packaging possible in order to reduce any damage for your item. Our Return or Refund process needs to have our official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number before sending back the item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and related handling. All packaging and accessories must be in original condition and minimum of 25% restocking fee of the item price will be charged for any return. Shipping & Handling and Insurance costs for the original shipment will not be refunded.
