- Comes with an external high-speed vacuum pump that operates quietly, with minimal vibration, and a vacuum degree of 5Pa, capable of continuous 24-hour operation.
- Features a durable 8mm tempered glass plate that is resistant to friction and designed to ensure operator safety in case of breakage.
- The timer function allows for precise setting of the exposing time and features automatic memory, retaining the set time even after switching the machine on or off.
- Equipped with a release valve to remove the vacuum after exposure, allowing for easy screen removal.
- Includes four soft plastic pad feet to protect the corners of the frame during vacuum sealing.
* This machine is equipped with four soft plastic pad feet, place on the corner of frame, during the vacuum, prevent the corner of frame damage the rubber cloth.
Different emulsion brands require different exposing times. Operators should confirm the best exposing time using the emulsion compatible with this machine.
Instructions for Timer Settings
Before using the timer, please press the “C” button to reset. The display will show “00:00:00” in a flashing state.
1. Press the “hour”, “minute”, and “second” buttons separately to set the countdown time for the desired duration. The display will show ON.
2. Press the “start/pause” button to initiate the countdown.
For example, to set an exposure time of 5 minutes and 30 seconds:
- Press the “C” button to clear the previous setting.
- Press the “minute” button to set to 5.
- Press the “second” button to set to 30.
- Press the “start/pause” button to begin the countdown.
This setting is automatically saved and does not need to be changed. When the timer is restarted, the countdown will remain at 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Basic parameters of the timer:
- Countdown: 1 second to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds
- Working temperature: -25°C to 65°C
Pump to add engine oil before used only, lest cause motor damage. No oil can not be used Periodic inspection is required.
1. Connect the vacuum pump pipe to the exhaust pipe.
2. Plug the vacuum pump power into the socket.
3. Turn on the machine and adjust the exposure time settings.
4. Position the film and plate on the glass.
5. Place the sledge foot pads on the screen frame corners.
6. Close the cover and lock the hook to start the vacuum pump for exposure.
7. After 5 minutes of exposure, the rubber cloth tightly fits the screen frame mesh.
8. Press the timer's start/pause button to complete the exposure.
9. Once the exposing time is over, the tubes will automatically turn off.
10. Open the exhaust valve to release the vacuum and remove the screen frame to finish the exposure process.

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be
in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with
the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged
items, depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer's remorse: The return shipping fee must be
covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be
deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase
