Canon Printhead for MX720, MX721, MX722, MX725, MX726, MX727, MX920, MX922, MX924, MX925, MX926, MX927, iX6820, iX6850

This is a new, unopened, genuine Canon printhead manufactured in Japan (beware the Chinese counterfeits). Canon does not include ink cartridges with their new print heads. You can install the ink cartridges from your old print head in the new printhead if they still have ink in them. The QY6-0086-010 is compatible with the QY6-0086-000 head. 010 is version 2; 000 is version 1.

If the problem is with the printhead I sold you, I will give you a FULL refund (or send you a replacement).

If the problems ends up being your printer, I will do a partial refund, usually around 80%.
