WHAT A STATEMENT PIECE!!  Cameo With Light Green & Orange Rhinestones Elastic Band Ring Size 9 -- this ring measures 2" by 1.5" and has the look of a vintage cameo.  I am unsure of the metal in the ring and on the elastic band.  It measures a size 9 but with the elastic band there is a little give with the size.
