Black tea:
The most popular type of tea. It is subjected to a long production process. 
The basic stages are: withering, rolling, fermenting and drying. 
The taste is determined by factors such as the tea's country of origin, plantation, harvest time and degree of withering.

Ceylon black teas are considered the best in the world. 
Carefully selected upper leaves from the bushes give an infusion worth recommending to connoisseurs.

Brewing method:

Pour a teaspoon of tea with hot water at 95 degrees Celsius (so-called white boiling water; hot without boiling), 
brew in two ways:
- When brewed for a short time of up to 3 minutes, the infusion is refreshing and stimulating.
- When brewed for up to 5 minutes, it produces a relaxing infusion.

Brewing too long causes the infusion to taste astringent.

Black tea leaves are suitable for single brewing only.
