This is a pair of  3 3/4" tall candle holders or paperweights, with a lovely design of bright pink frit flowers and bubbles.  Signed by Joe Zimmerman and dated 1981, these are harder to find earlier pieces of art glass by this artist. 

Together they weight about 4 pounds 3 ounces. The bases measure about 3" across. The opening for the candle up top is a little less than 1".

There are some light scratches, and a bit of residue left of candles inside. There are no significant dings or other damage seen.
