The Sylvan Cabin, Edward Smyth Jones, 1st Edition, Sherman, French and Company, 1911, Hardcover.  Signed and dated by Edward Smyth Jones on the ffep.  This is a former library book with several library stamps and notations, pocket to the rear pastedown and shadow on opposite page, a library presentation bookplate to the front pastedown, and some adhesive residue on the front board with some loss to the gold gilt on the title.  The text of the book is unmarked and there are no loose pages.  The boards and edges have some wear and there is a crease to the front board.  Please examine all of the pictures closely as they are considered part of the description.  A rare and collectible signed 1st edition, and the price reflects condition.
