This is a Salem cigarettes advertising thermometer from the 1950s.  It was made by the Robert P. Sartin Advertising Company of Winston-Salem NC and is embossed as such on the back.  The unit is in excellent condition, only two nearly invisible dings below the thermometer face.  Some very minor stray marks and light scratches to the front from age. The metal is crimped around the full cardboard lined back and it has the original hanging string.  It is accurate and works perfectly.  satisfaction is guaranteed.  IL residents pay 10% tax, outside of IL there is no tax unless your state collects internet tax, which will be collected by eBay.  We ship worldwide, all shipping is by first class mail only.
