eBay accounts with less than 10 feedback scores are obliged to pay within 24 hours.
TERMS:
PAYMENT: All eBay payment methods are welcome; make sure you have a confirmed delivery address. Returns are accepted within 30 days after sale, if the item is returned exactly as received.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Bidders are requested to view shipping charges as part of item's total cost. Please do not expect extra discounts over that which is herein stated, as there are real costs for packaging and transport. But always feel free to contact me if something seems beyond common sense-- "mistakes have been made..."
RETURNS: With over three thousand transactions on eBay as buyer and seller, we have had only three issues involving returns. If item received is not as described, seller pays for return shipping. If returned because of a change of mind, then the buyer is required to pay for return shipping. We do not offer partial refunds for repairs. The entire item must be returned in full exactly as received; then refunds are made after goods returned.
FEEDBACK: We leave feedback AFTER buyers have indicated their satisfaction through their feedback. If you are not satisfied, it will be because we were not given a chance to help correct a mistake. We wish never to give nor receive negative or neutral feedback; really there is not a reason for it unless someone in the community has not been respected or informed.
