Rare Vintage Wendelin Stahl Incised Drip Glazed Studio Art Pottery Vase Bottle

This beautiful signed Wendelin Stahl (Steel) bottle vase is in good condition with the exception of a break and repair at the neck. The piece features a golden yellow with green glossy running glaze enhanced with contrasting carved decorations, and Stahl's signature narrow neck and small mouth design. Several articles written about Wendelin Stahl mention that he did incise and decorate some pieces in the 1960's, though they are exceedingly rare. The piece appears to be wheel thrown and then pressed into an ellipse shape. The piece does show crazing consistent with age and technique. The piece is 12" tall and 3.75" across the bottom. I believe that this piece is from the Coraidelstein workshop near Klotten, per the markings on the bottom.
