We accept returns where the part has been found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described on the listing. We do not accept returns where the buyer has clearly bought to try to fix an issue. As with the majority of spare part sellers, we do not accept returns on any electrical components, or any part that has an electrical connection. Returning of parts that have been bought in error may be returned but only when agreed prior to purchase, and may be subject to fee. 

All parts sold are tested and/or inspected prior to listing, and are guaranteed to work once installed. If the part is found to be inoperable or defunct, contact us immediately. Parts will be engraved or marked prior to shipping, or serial numbers recorded and photographed.  

The prices quoted for postage on our listings are generally the prices we pay to ensure a good quality service, usually 24 hour, with a professional company. If you would like to arrange your own courier and collection, please let us know in advance. POSTAGE TO ANY ISLAND OR SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES, SO PLEASE CONTACT PRIOR TO PURCHASING IF THIS APPLIES.
