as they are made from a water-repellent soft-shell material known as ‘sharkskin’. They feature 2 large zip pockets on the chest area for storage purposes and another 2 smaller zip pockets on each arm.  There is an additional smaller pocket on the left forearm for additional storage if required. On the sleeves the are touch

fastening cuffs to allow for extra insulation from the foul weather elements. The hood also has a drawstring present to allow for the wearer to adjust for the desired fit, in the underarm area. They feature smaller zips which allow for ventilation and prevent the wearer from overheating. There is also Velcro ID panels on each arm to allow for compatible patches to be added. We do hope that you are pleased with the product you purchased. If you are not pleased for whatever reason and would like to return the item, first of all we are very sorry to hear that, however please make sure the following conditions are met;

- The product must be returned within 30 Days of the date the item was received

- The Item MUST be in the same condition as we sent it out to you (with the tags and labels still attached) and must be kept in the original packaging

- The Item MUST NOT have any Stains or any marks or any smells on it (Body odour or cigarette smell for example)

- The item MUST NOT be worn or used or have any signs of which to the contrary, we ask that you try the product on at home to see how it feels, If it isn’t suitable then simply do not wear the item , put it back in the packaging as you received them. Do not try and wear the item on a test trial for an extended time, it then becomes used and worn.

- Please make sure when sending the items back you let us know by sending us an e-mail and include a small note of why you are returning the item in question.

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN A REFUSAL FOR THE RETURNED ITEM.

Some Items are Sold as Used, Should you wish to return a Used item, Please make sure the following conditions are met;

- The Item must be in the same condition as we sent it out to you

- The product must be returned within 30 Days of the date the item was received

- A brief note or e-mail explaining why you wish to return the used item in question

In regards to postage, if it is a mistake on our part then we are happy to refund the postage costs to you, if there is an error on your part such as ordering an item which is too small or if you simply don’t like the product then we are unable to refund the postage and packaging cost.
