of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Fastener: velcro The brigade was formed already after the beginning of the Russian aggression, in the spring of 2015. It included three battalions, which were also formed after the start of the war: the 13th, 15th and 16th motorized infantry.
The brigade bears the honorary name of Ivan Vyhovsky — Hetman of the Zaporizhzhya Army and has a chevron depicting the Hetman's signature coat of arms. And also - the Latin slogan "Simul ad victoriam", which translates as "Together to victory".
So, in the center of the patch is the coat of arms of the Vyhovsky family, which is a variant of the Hedyak coat of arms. Such coats of arms were used as family coats of arms of several Polish, Lithuanian-Belarusian, and Ukrainian noble families during the Piast Kingdom and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
There is a hard Velcro on the back of patches (chevrons).
This will help to fix the chevron on a military uniform, other clothes, a backpack, a baseball cap and other tactical products, where there is a place for such an accessory (soft Velcro). Thanks to it, if necessary, the patch (chevron) can be easily removed and moved to a new place.
