The book is in very good condition.  The cover is clean with sharp corners and very slight edge/surface wear.  The interior pages are clean - without writing or markings, and tight to the spine.  The spine is square and not creased.  Some items will retain odors, particularly old books.  We don’t always know the history of the items we sell.  If you are sensitive to odors – be aware - this item may or may not have an odor.
