1.SHIPPING

We basically use two shipping companies to ship our products.

Initially, it will be shipped by Japan Post.

The package is then handed over to USPS.

A tracking number will be provided at this point.

This will take approximately one week.

Shipping will take a total of 2-4 weeks.

If you pay an additional $20 for shipping, we can deliver it in 1-2 weeks.

2.If you purchase multiple items, we will calculate and refund the excess shipping charges.

Please send us an invoice before payment.

3.If you have any problems or concerns, please send us a message first.

We will try our best to resolve the situation.

4.About customs duties

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
