1. Please note that this recorder does NOT support all the monitors.
2. If the DVR can be turned on, but your monitor cannot display images, first know to replace the VGA or cable, then change a new monitor to check again. Don't work with some old monitors and some TVs.
3. If your hard drive is not 3.5CH, please don't use it with our recorder.
4. About the hard drive: A secure DVR must be used with a secure hard drive, and most will not work properly if you use a PC hard drive.
