Returns: Please open your item nicely by refusing to rip the satchel completely. contact us asap or immediately while you  keep, look for or put together the original satchel sent you. We will help you return item back to us for free. Its easy. The fact that an item is being return doesn't call for man handling or doesn't mean another person won't like them or it can't be sold. Thank you.

RETURNS: Please communicate or message us first before proceeding to start a return. If you do plan to return an item, quickly make sure you can get hold of the original satchel your item was posted in, even if it can be mended, hold on to that satchel and please contact us to work with you on an easy return. Consumer guarantees don't apply if: Customer simply changes their mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide the product isn’t needed any longer. If the product has been misused and caused or contributed to the failure of the goods, for example, by damaging or misusing the goods, please don’t return or ask for a refund.

SHOE MEASUREMENTS:   Professionalism, items are displayed with 99.99% accurate information and photos, no fingers around items nor photos taken in dirty or obscure places. Please do not ask for shoes to be measured as no measurement is accurate, if my finger flips during measurements, I’ll give out less or more of a centimetre, desire to get the item eroded and sale won’t go through. Can't measure each shoe for every customer, look for an item, measure, coming back online to inform, too many manhours, imagine if I was doing this for customers all day? All information is available to boost confidence in buying including an effective return policy and complete refunds. I won't measure length, toe to back heel and width. Not even when you purchase $100,000.00 pairs of shoes.

PACKAGING: All items are sent well packaged and protected in a satchel. Smart packaging is adhered to, the fact that your shoes are in a satchel which is mostly the case doesn’t mean it's not packaged well. With class and attention to detail, a pair are always separated with plastic before the satchel, items are thoroughly examined before packaged if the risk is high through the transit process with all its cages and so on, we figure out our next stage of extra protection. If your items arrived damaged, quickly take photos,  keep the original satchel and contact us. Any items which will be damaged in the hands of customers after trying them on or wearing them won't be refunded.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & MOBILE NUMBER:   Delivery address must be up to date with eBay for easy delivery. Ensure there's always some safe place at the front of the house for a drop-off. Mobile phone number updated with eBay, why? To get updates when an item gets sent. In terms of privacy, mobile phone number won’t be used in an unauthorized way. It's only entered while items are shipped and the courier notifies the customer which puts the mind at ease.
