Kyosho Ferrari F1 1:64 - Formula One - Ferrari 248 F1 (2006) Schumacher and Massa Two Car Set - Fantastic Condition.

From the Kyosho Ferrari Formula Car Model Collection presented here are two 1:64 scale assembled kit models of the Ferrari 248 F1 from the 2006 Formula One World Championship.

Car No. 5 Driven by Michael Schumacher
Car No. 6 Driven by Felipe Massa

The 248 F1 was used by Ferrari in every race of the 2006 Formula One World Championship, unlike recent seasons in which the team had started with the previous year's car, whilst finalising development of the new car.
Named after it's new for 2006 2.4 Litre V8 engine, the 248 F1 was a successful package, taking numerous wins and eventually second place overall in both the Constructors Championship and the Drivers Championship with Michael Schumacher narrowly missing out to Alonso's Renault.
The 248 F1 finished the season of eighteen races with a total of seven pole positions, nine wins, nineteen podiums, and nine fastest laps.

These fantastically detailed Kyosho scale models are an officially licensed product and were originally sold in blind box kit form, requiring simple self assembly.

These particular examples have been opened and assembled, but are complete, along with their original display plinths and information cards (in Italian language).

The model cars are in excellent clean condition.

The Information Card translates roughly as follows:
"The 248 F1, in line with the new regulations, features a 2.4-litre 8-cylinder V engine, continuing a tradition interrupted in 1964 with the 158 F1. With a single-seater with new aerodynamics, Schumacher achieved 7 victories and 4 second places, managing to fight for the title until the last race."

Please study the photos carefully as these form the item description.
