The TCS Automatic Railroad Crossing II reproduces the sound of the alarm, the flashing of the four alarms, and the movement of the four circuit breakers just like the real thing.
Detection of approaching and departing trains can be handled by various sensors (sensors not included), which are sold separately.
<Product Features>
Compatible with standard 18.5mm-wide roadbed rails and wide rails in straight and curved lines
(Not compatible with double track rail, slab rail, mini-curve rail, super mini-curve rail, and streetcar rail)
Supports single track with 1 unit of this product and 2 units of various TCS sensors (sensor rails) sold separately
Realistic alarm sounds close to those of the real thing are reproduced using voice ICs.
Alarm lamps blink at a slower cycle than the alarm sound, just like the real thing
4 circuit breakers are operated realistically by 4 built-in small motors.
The left circuit breaker closes first, then the right one, and when they open, they open at the same time as in the real train.
Treads can be modified by the user to accommodate the canting of wide curve rails
Includes a treadle plate that can be attached to 1523 Relay Rail S140-RE(F) (sold separately)
