Chamalières near Clermont-Ferrand.
Founded
in 1898 by Étienne Guillaume, it closed in 1977.
Its
emblem represents a panther.
On
the poster, a man holds in his hands a bicycle and a motorcycle.
Jacques
and Pierre Bellenger were twin brothers and they worked together
to design posters bearing a common signature. They were trained at
the Julian Academy, they won the poster contest of the Colonial
Exhibition in 1928.
