All our open (unwrapped) sweets are dispatched in heat sealed packaging for hygiene and freshness. We have a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
All items are dispatched with labels clearly showing their ingredients, any allergens and their best before date.
Any queries regarding ingredients, allergens and best before dates are welcomed prior to purchase.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns that have already been opened.
In the event of a package being damaged while in transit photographic evidence is required. This is usually sought from the tracking photo supplied by the carrier. Though you may wish to support this with your own photos.
We will, at our discretion and consulting with you, either dispatch a replacement item or offer a refund, either partial or full.
If you are required to return your item this is at your expense.
Non-arrival of goods is a rare event but we know that it happens. In these cases we will check the tracking to attempt to find where the parcel may be.

We, of course, value your feedback. We love to read the good comments that are left and it makes our work more worthwhile. But to gain good feedback we need to give good service. Ultimately, that is where our aims lie!
