The story on this tortoise pick is Ed did not like the grip or feel and they weren't used at shows once Ed decided to stop using them.  They were very very rare during that tour where one or two were tossed into the crowd (again until he stopped using them) and were selling at one point  for $300 or more a pick.  Now a handful of been donated to Operation Yellow Ribbon and you can add this hard to find EV pick to your collection while supporting the troops.
