DESCRIPTION:

Lovely Japanese woodblock print by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995). It is titled "Village of Plums" and depicts a rural farming village with houses, fields and lots of flowering plum trees.

Including the full and untrimmed margins, the print measures 10 5/8" by 15 3/4". It is pencil signed by the artist, Toshi Yoshida, in the lower right margin. For presentation, the print was simply laid on top of a fabric covered mat board and framed, under glass, in a gray wood frame. Overall size with mat and frame is 15 1/4" by 19 1/4".

Both print and frame are in excellent condition.
