Out of my personal collection of many years is this RARE Franklin Mint Scarlett GWTW Blue Velvet Portrait Gown from the "DOLL WARDROBE COLLECTION". Never removed from box. New in original box. Comes with the original COA. Accessories are still in original packaging and fastened to the back of the box insert. Box has some dents and creases, but not too bad. 

A great addition to your Franklin Mint GWTW doll collection. Firm on price. This is my only one.
