This 2005 Toy Biz Action Figure features Dr. Strange from the Galactus Series of Marvel Legends. The figure comes with Galactus Arm included.  The figure is new in sealed package and the package is in very nice shape with the only defect I can see is very slight surface scratching on the bottom left which were pretty hard to get a picture of (see last photo).
