In my opinion the cards are on average in EXCELLENT condition, but please decide for yourself. All cards are sleeved to keep them in this condition.

Pokémon Advanced Trading Cards was a set of Pokémon-themed trading cards manufactured by Topps in 2003.
This is the 8th TOPPS set out of 9 different TOPPS sets available.

 There were 90 cards in total: 8 character cards, 81 Pokémon cards, and a checklist card. Each of these 90 cards also had a silver foil card version.

In addition, there were 28 bonus "chase cards" not included on the checklist: 18 embossed evolution cards and 10 pop-up cards.

The set Advanced is a mix of Generation 3 pokemon: Ash, Team Rocket, Absol, Banette, Blaziken, Groudon, Kyogre, Lairon, Latias, Latios, Torchic & Treecko.

Special card here is the BANNED topps card: Team Rocket - this card was banned due to the questionable pose Jessie and James take.
