These are essentially brand new. They were originally installed in model homes and removed prior to the new owners taking posession. If they were used at all, it was an incredibly minimal amount. There may be evidence of very minor scratches from the installation and removal, but nothing that would prevent us from installing these in our own home. We can't say "mint," but they're darn close to it and you'll be very pleased! Everything works exactly as it should!
