Please note the nut on the bottom of the lamp causes the lamp to sit a little uneven. It rocks a little. I didn't try to correct it as it is under the felt.

I believe this is a Vintage moon lamp in Verner Panton  Style by Kare Design, 1980.

I cannot find any markings.

From the research I've done I think this is a Moon lamp in the style of Verner Panton's famous designs. This piece is made by Kare Design. A spherical lamp with vertical fins, arranged like a fan, for individual light adjustment. The circles that are arranged around the light source give a soft, indirect light
