FIGURAL CHROME BOOT TORCH WORKING CIGAR / PIPE LIGHTER VINTAGE RARE CIGARETTE. Lights as shown in last photo. I assume the blue push on the side is a flame regulator, but it doesn't seen to work. Flame shown in last photo stays constant. Nice conversation piece.
