1st printing signed Bob Ruark for Skip Walz. Allen "Skip" Walz was an athlete in several sports and then coached crew at Manhattan, Wisconsin and Yale. He left Yale and went into public relations. In 1939 he was commentator for the first televised professional football game. He was also a scout and recuiter for the CIA.
