VINTAGE BLACK CONWAY STEWART No 23 PROPELLING PENCIL London

A black vintage Conway Stewart No 23 propelling pencil.

Condition:-  good condition, when the end is turned the lead extends but when turn the other way it does not retract so may need adjustment (I am not an expert), light signs of age and use, age related patina to some parts of the metal fittings.
