Therefore, competition is fierce among these fake factories, because the raw materials and components used are not purchased in accordance with any high-quality QC standards nor do they have any EPA certificate of conformity.

13.   Buyer should have a rpm tachometer so as to not exceed 6800 rpm.  FYI:  Engines with a governor are limited to 5000 rpm. 
14.   EPA requires a 2-year factory warranty on all emission components as is described in the HuaSheng engine owner's manual.  
15.   Returns are OK for an unopened engine box, but buyer must pay return shipping cost and goods must be undamaged and resaleable.
