Vintage Santa Claus Noel Christmas Stocking Holder by Russ.  I believe it is from the 90s.  Santa measures approx. 5" tall with the hook for the stocking.  Santa is fairly light weight, so he wouldn't hold a heavy stocking, but would look amazing with an empty one.  There is some paint loss on his hat (see 3rd photo)
