This is a vintage set of 6 pots de creme (or could be used as demitasse cups) by Fitz & Floyd, which include a 2" cup, a lid, and a saucer that is 4" in diameter. They are white porcelain and feature gold accents. The tops are 2 1/4" across the opening.

These hail from the 1970s- one corner of the internet identified them as being sold at Neiman Marcus and Macys. They were made in Japan.

There is no damage, they really don't look even used, except for a tiny dent on one of the cup's lids. 

With the lids on, each cup becomes 3 1/4" tall.
