You may need to supply or replace: 2 Filter Foam Pads, 2 Poly/Carbon Cartridges, and BIOMAX Biological Rings.  When you open the top latch, the foam and cartridges pair together on the two outer compartments and the rings go inside the middle compartment.  The U3 is suitable for aquariums from 90 to 150 L (24 to 40 U.S. gal.).
