Condition:  MINT, Fully tested.  This unit was barely and gently used.  The display lens is perfect and the unit is in excellent cosmetic condition.  It has also been updated to the latest firmware version and we have reset the unit to factory defaults for your use so you will be getting it as if it was brand new - AND IT WILL WORK PROPERLY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!

Note regarding firmware updates: During testing we determine whether the latest Bose firmware needs to be downloaded / updated.   Any similar unit you may purchase will probably need to have the firmware updated, and we have made sure that it was done properly.  If it isn't done properly, you will have problems connecting and could even damage the pedestal firmware.  We make sure that you will be able to easily connect to WiFi / Bluetooth / Apple AirPlay2 without issues by following the directions in the manual and using the Bose Soundtouch App!

Box.  We ship a lot of high end audio equipment and will make sure it is packed appropriately to reach you in the listed condition and ready for use.   Local pick-up in the Northern NJ area is also an option. We do not profit on shipping.

Warranty Policy:  We stand by what we sell and warranty this product for 60 days from date of delivery.  We have thoroughly tested and refurbished this unit, and replaced anything that wasn't 100% Grade A.  Should anything go wrong with it, we will repair or replace it - at absolutely zero cost to you!  This warranty does not cover damage occurring after delivery, if the unit is disassembled / altered, or if the anti-part exchange / tamper tags are disturbed.
