Signed Renoir copper cuff bracelet from the 1950's that is a book piece and was called "Rondele" which looks like waves of copper across a wide cuff.

This bracelet has a wide Loop Raised Swirl Design which has a very Modernist feel. Rebajas made a bracelet like this also that was called "Rhythm" with the same wave like pattern.

Copper was certainly the rage in the 1950's and 1960's and many manufacturers were coming out with these very modernist designs in copper.  Renoir, Matisse Renoir and Rebajes are certainly the most coveted in today's market place.

This bracelet measures about 2 1/2" across center with a 1 1/4" opening.  The bracelet itself measures 6.5 inches around and goes from 2 1/2 inches at center to 1.75 inches at back where there are no "wave" loops.  This cuff is probably best for a small to medium wrist size.

This is signed Renoir in script with copyright mark on the end front piece of cuff bracelet.

This bracelet is seen in the book, "Copper Art Jewelry, A Different Lustre by Matthew L. Burkholz and Linda Lichetenberg Kaplan on page 111 (see pictures).

CONDITION:  This bracelet is not new and has been worn.  Age appropriate patina on the piece with very light surface scratches to surface that is very common on copper pieces. Overall very good vintage condition.  See pictures and video and please ask if you have any other questions or need to see other pictures.
