Original box, but no instructions. 100% complete- counted all pieces. All pieces are in really good condition, however some of the tracks have a little light rust. This race car track is huge! Over 7' long by 5' wide. Double loops, angled banks, straight away. Water hazard slide and sound box. I only inventoried and counted the pieces. I did not assemble or test.
