THIS LOCK IS IN  GREAT WORKING CONDITION WITH 2 CUT RM KEYS.

It is in very good working condition for its age and has all it's levers intact.

THIS LOCK IS GOT CHUBB LONDON ON THE BACK WITH M 1957 THE YEAR IT WAS MADE.

IT IS MADE FROM SOLID BRASS.

These locks are very hard to find now.

This is a left hand wall box lock and will fit most wall boxes with the door hinged on the right hand side.

As you can see in the photos the holes on the lock have been made larger this is so you can have a bit off movement or adjustment because in most cases the holes in the lock don't marry up to the holes on the blocks on the back of the post box door so you will need a very small bit of adjustment it to make it work.

Sizes of the lock are as follows in mm

Across the lock from side to side is 75 mm

From top to bottom of the block 70 mm.

The back of the lock is 102mm × 75mm.

Hole centres are across 50mm and from top to bottom are 85mm.

To centre of the keyhole from the kepper side of the lock is 41mm these are approximate.

Don't be fooled by Chinese fake locks.
