This is brand new with tags. It is the tipsy elves brand and is a Jamaica themed fanny pack. It comes with a removable drink holder. The fanny pack is Jamiaca themed and has three zipper compartments. The belt has a thick clip that clips shut.  This will make a fun fanny pack. Make sure to look at the pictures.
