SHIPPING POLICY 

• You are welcome to pick your part from our location.
• Domestic shipping is considered only within United Arab Emirates, anywhere else is considered international shipping. 
• After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your order within 2-3 working days. 
• Please note that we will only ship to the billing address that the payment is made from, if any change needs be made please add it on shipping instructions. 
• Import custom duties and taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. Prior to your purchase please male sure to check on these as we will not be liable for these costs and returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be provided due to this.  

DELIVERY 

• All our ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS/GEARBOX, TRANSFER CASES, DIFFERENTIALS and all items that need to be palletized are considered heavy items and we can only provide SEA FREIGHT. Also this service is only provided by us from PORT TO PORT. Delivery in 35 - 45 days. 
• All other items will be shipped through FEDEX, DHL, SKYNET EXPRESS or EMIRATES POST. Delivery in 8 - 14 days. 

RETURN POLICY

• Returns will be accepted only if the item is non functional or different from the description. 
• Customers are totally responsible for the shipment cost of all returns. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. 
• We are not liable for any labour fees involved with installation or removal of any part. 

WARRANTY 

• All our products are thoroughly checked and tested
• All our products come with a 30 day warranty. 
• If any of our warranty seals or paint marks on bolts are damaged warranty will be void and returns would not be accepted.
