I purchased item new, but I believe during shipping, some of the wood had very minor dings/scratches (SEE PUCTURES). Everything else is in tact, and all pieces needed are included.

SHIPPING: I carefully re wrap and packaged the item better than the manufacturer to avoid any issues in shipment. I pre-packaged, weigh, and measure to have it ready to be shipped asap 24-48 hrs after payment.
