Rules of the House
I really dislike
that I have to do this. I have repeat customers and have had some beautiful
interactions however, I have been left with no choice. So here we go!
Buyer
Purchases
All listings are
private.
Any Buyers with less
than a history of 10 positive purchases may have their bids/purchases
canceled. I know we all have to start at zero, but there has been an uptick in
"Item Not Received eBay claims," but clearly shows it was delivered
per the USPS. Because I know items can get lost in the mail, I hand deliver and
receive a receipt that your purchase is now in the hands of the Postal Service.
That way, it automatically begins to track and is scanned at each junction.
Plus, if anything goes wrong, the Buyer or I can open a claim to determine what
went wrong.
Any item that is
delivered and yet disputed to the point that I am forced to refund the Buyer will
be reported and blocked from future listings. Trust in the Buyer's integrity
of an honest sale is lost and will not be entertained further in your being
able to bid on anything else.
Non-Payment
of Winning Bids / Purchases
I have it set up for
eBay to automatically cancel unpaid purchases. Should that occur, you will be
blocked from future purchases. I am easygoing, so if you cannot pay, decide it
is not for you, or need more time, let me know. I can cancel the sale or place
you on the exempt list to give you more time to pay. Not communicating with me
at all is a bad move.
Shipping
All
purchases are shipped discretely regardless of what it is.
Please PLEASE make
sure your shipping address is correct. I print labels directly from eBay and do
not manually enter them in any way. If the address needs to be corrected, you
must contact me quickly. Though I have a 2-business day processing time, I am
known to ship on the same day most times.
The shipping costs
(though eBay takes a portion of that, too) are in line with the USPS and fair
in terms of the cost/weight. All shipping items are insured up to $100 if lost.
I claim no responsibility for items clearly tracked as delivered but have disappeared
somehow. That is not fair. If you have an issue with packages growing legs,
please use a trusted address.
Communication
Because what I am
selling is not returnable as I am trying to clear what I have out, If there are
any questions you have about anything listed OR you have a need to contact me
about what you received OR want to inquire as to whether I have an item you are
looking for, PLEASE reach out! I respond within 24 hours or less. When Buyers move
directly to disputing an item over contacting Me, the automatic
thought when not given the opportunity to address it (especially in cases when
the item shows delivered but claim it was not) is the Buyer is
disputing to obtain the now-received product for free. Communication is
how we get things resolved and is always open to you!
ALL sales are final.
If, by chance I accepted returns on non intimate items, you will be block from
future purchases because that tells me you haven't read my rules and is
therefore wasting seller's time.
Disclaimer
When purchasing
delicate and vintage items, please either hand wash or use a garment bag
specifically for the washing machine and air dry. It may have wash instructions
that allow for machine use, but I would not suggest you follow that. Again,
these are delicate wear and should be treated as such.
