For sale here is a nice US WW2 USN Navy Officer's Overseas Garrison Hat Cap Badge.  This is pin back with a functional roller lock catch.  The badge is maker marked with the Hilborn & Hamburger Eagle logo and is hallmarked 1/20 10kt Ster.  This does show light wear and a good amount of patina.
