This is an original Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade Option DVD for use on Dell computers (and other brands too) and a valid product key (a valid product key is required for activation after installation) on Certificate of Authenticity. 

YES the DVD and the key work on all other PC brands as well.

It is a bootable install DVD and allows the user to install (as an upgrade install) Windows 7 Ultimate on a Dell PC as well as any other PC brand with Windows Vista Ultimate.

It supports installation in many different languages.

This is an old Windows OS now. It is not going to be easy to install it on newer computer models. Please be sure you know how to do the job before purchase.
