The instruction sheet shown implies that it includes an illumination kit, but I think it really means that the instruction for the kit are printed in the manual. I see no sign of an illumination kit included with this one. Bezel is still very nice and clear, looks brand new. Mirrored portion of the knob is still nice and clean in spite of the photos which highlight every spec of dust, etc.
