The EBEL Beluga E9057A21 ostrich strap is one of the most difficult hand made watch strap.
The EBEL Beluga watch has a particular structure at watch lugs. There is a particular metal insert at the lug end of the OEM watch strap.
I need the metal inserts of the Hublot old OEM leather strap to produce the middle insert layer of the new custom made watch strap.
I have to pare the calf leather to be a proper thick, and package the metal inserts with the calf leather to produce the middle insert layer of the new custom strap.
After that, we glue together among the up side ostrich skin, the middle metal insert calf layer and the back side calf lining, and sew these three pieces together with waxed natural linen thread.
Due to that, our EBEL Beluga custom made ostrich strap will be more durable and cheaper than the original OEM watch strap.
The strap sample was made: EBEL Beluga E9057A21 purple ostrich strap, width 18x16mm, length 55x110mm, thick 3.0mm taper to 2.0mm, purple stitching, dyed and burnished edges, beige calf lining.
