Delivery to the some remote postcodes will incur an additional charge of £15 per item, if this applies we will contact you - at which point you can also cancel the order for a full refund, if you are not happy to pay the extra needed to deliver the order

All items/packages must be opened and checked thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing. In case of any damages/discrepancies it must be noted clearly on the delivery note as "damaged" or "missing item" or "in complete". It should then be reported to us via email or phone with 12 hrs. It will be the responsibility of customer to check the goods on receipt. The carrier or ourselves will not be liable if items are signed for as "received in good condition" or "not checked" or "not inspected". If this is the case we will not be liable to provide you a refund, repair or replacement.

We offer a 30 day No Hassle Returns Policy, item must be returned in their original packaging and original condition.

Refund does not include return postage. Buyer is responsible for returning item back to us and paying for delivery, we can arrange return of the goods on your behalf at a direct cost of £40.00 to the buyer.
