  A stunning central 1.5ct sapphire and 0.15ct(each) old cut diamond shoulder ring in good used condition

The diamonds have a nice white colour of the sapphire a lovely lustre - see video.

The piece is has faded hallmarks but tested as 18ct gold and 3.15g in weight

The rings head is approximately 6.5mm
