This is a single We're All Gonna Be A Lot Thinner! card from the Star Wars Premier Set released in December, 1995 by Decipher, Inc.  The card was removed from an expansion pack in 1995 and stored in an Ultra Pro Deck Protector plastic sleeve.  It has never been played.

The picture is one of the actual copies being auctioned.  I am the original owner and have kept them in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
